About
UX Design Portfolio

Hey y’all! I’m Nat, thanks for taking a moment to get to know me beyond the confines of my (very professional) resume! I’m a born-and-raised Austin creative who grew up in a family of artists, architects, and builders. Design has been part of my world from day one, shaping how I see people, places, and the possibilities in front of me.

Before landing where I am today, I pursued a major in communications and a minor in sociology, even a brief flirtation with the idea of law school (can you imagine?). From there, I built my foundation in marketing strategy—running digital campaigns, developing content, and designing social graphics for organizations ranging from insurance to nonprofits. Those roles strengthened my ability to understand audiences, translate insights into action, and create messaging that actually resonates.

Over time, I found myself blending that marketing mindset with UX thinking: understanding human behavior, simplifying complexity, and creating experiences that look good and work well. That crossover fuels the way I approach every project today, balancing data, creativity, and empathy to solve problems with clarity and intention.

With a heart that beats for design and aesthetics, I'm always tinkering on personal projects for the sheer joy of it. Feedback and collaboration drive my creativity, and I thrive on thinking outside the box to solve challenges. Eager to learn and grow, I'm confident that I'll be a valuable addition to any team. Let's create something amazing together!
